Description: Traditional New Build Farmhouse
A traditionally constructed new farmhouse featuring a blend of many different materials including: Flint, Stone and Lime rendered walls, Thatch and plain tile roofs, purpose made Oak joinery including Windows, Doors, Trusses and a feature oak staircase with glass balustrade. Stone and Oak finished floors, underfloor heating served by a ground source heat pump via a borehole. Construction of a detached timber framed Spa Pool building complete with Sedum green roof.
Extensive external works including paved terraces, traditional lime rendered walls and plain tile cappings and driveworks finished in natural aggregate.
